Dr. Lipperd is one of the most knowledgeable and caring physicians I have seen over my lifetime. He has a calming and friendly demeanor, listens well and doesn’t jump to conclusions. He is also very methodical and thoughtful in recommending tests. He has a staff that feeds off of his caring and professional attitude. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Lipperd has been my doctor for over 15 years, and he always takes time to listen to my health concerns and help me find a solution. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is also great!
Dr. Lipperd was recommended by many people I know personally. My first visit I waited well over an hour to go back to a room. They made me feel rushed out the door and very unheard. The receptionist there were kind, as was the nurse. The reason I will be not be back is I was told my lab work would be back in 2-3 days. Since then, I have had to call many times to ask when I would hear back. I keep getting the response that “a nurse will call me right back”. NOPE. Dr Lipperd has been my doctor for 7 years. He is patient, understanding, and really seems to listen. I also believe he truly cares. He is honest, which I appreciate immensely. Also, the other staff is very kind. I highly recommend.
Very caring and personable. He listens and never makes you feel he's in a hurry.
Unbelievable. I asked for a litany of tests due to the fact that both my mother and father and their parents have multiple genetic disorders. I asked him, "Will my insurance cover them?" Instead of specifying that I would still be required to pay the deductible (because I meant 100% coverage), he said, "Yeah, they'll be covered." A month later, right before Christmas, I receive a bill for over $70 that, had I known I would incur, I wouldn't have gotten the tests done then. Never. Again.
First appointment with Dr. LIPPERD, but so far he was GREAT! He was very friendly upon meeting; quick, and to the point, but thorough. I am going to recommend him to my Mom, so that should tell you ALL you need to know about my trust in him!
Focused on the numbers and up-coding. Always asks questions probing for other codes to bill which causes issues with insurance and expected out of pocket costs. Office policy is you need an appointment every 6 months regardless of the situation, so don't expect to be able to call and request anything. Decent doctor otherwise.
