Had an amazing experience at Douglas. I purchased a used vehicle from Joe N and could not be happier with the superb service I received from him. I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything and he made the whole experience enjoyable, fun, and easy. He made sure to help expedite the process and was a pleasure to work with. Also, Deb in finance did a fantastic job and went above and beyond for me. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to first stop by Douglas.
After looking in a 3rd party site we came in to look for a car that had already been sold but Dave came to the rescue and helped us find a charger that was right up or alley. Dave was wonderful as he helped up thru the car buying process. I will definitely recommend Dave and the team there to all my friends and family in the area who are looking for a new vehicle. We bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from Scott. We emailed on Saturday and got a quick response from Sue. We would be driving 2 hours to see this car so Sue went and even looked at it for me and said it was perfect. And she was right I love my car it's more than I ever wished for and at a great price. What is the point of having a service department if you you can't even look at a traveler's vehicle for 3 days? I know that I have prioritized stranded travelers during the last 10 years of being a Harley-Davidson technician (including staying late, getting parts from other dealers, giving customers a ride to a hotel if they had to wait for parts to be overnighted, coming in on my day off etc).
