We went to Douglas Jeep and Chrysler this afternoon to trade in our jeep for something roomier. (I have driven jeeps for twenty years). Joe Norman, our sales consultant, was a dream salesman. He took us the whole nine yards to score a winner. He was personable, knowledgeable, competent, patient, and efficient. His interpersonal skills enabled us to reach the goal line in record time. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that a few hours at a dealership would actually be enjoyable and painless, thanks to Joe. ���
