My son, 25, went to buy his first vehicle there. He went alone, no advice other than trying to figure it out and be a man. The salesman LIED to him, misled him, inflated the price AND interest rate. He lied via text. If it were even a partially decent deal I would not be so upset but this dealership was/is not fair nor did they care about gaining a lifetime customer.
Bought a used truck from a salesman that almost called me daily for two weeks, until I bought the truck. He assured me that everything was covered under warranty for 3 months or 3,000 miles. after calling service department they said my mirror lights were not covered , my windshield washer sprayer was also not covered, and my tailgate shock might be covered. I came to this dealership looking to finally get a car. The salesman Paul was nice, but was not honest when it came to the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport. This car had Transmission problems, that turned out to be a disaster!! Which caused lost days of work, my boys couldn't go to school, also you all were going to charge me $7000.00!!! to repair a car I only had 6months!!!
