Riverhead Chrysler sold us a used car with broken air conditioning, with evidence that someone knew it was broken, and refused to fix it. They were quite nasty when pressed.
Absolutely horrible they have had my car for 2 weeks, they said that they knew the problem and that to fix my car it will be a specific repair, so i paid the $2k+ after I got my car back it did the exact same thing ( that day!!!) So i had to get it towed back and now magically they want an additional $1650 out of me....i know a scam when i see one.

you sold me a vehicle for 21k I drove 1900 miles and the engine blew up and your managers didn't care left me stranded on side of highway would not send a tow salesman that sold me the car Tim piper said not to even bring the car back there that they won't fix it they are not a Kia dealer i have never on my life been crooked like this dealership has done me without a care

Now at 184k mikes and has seen a good party of the US.Started looking for a car for our teen children… didn’t start here, came across a very nice Honda CRV… to our surprise, it was at Deacons!
