My hairstylist, Rylee was absolutely amazing. She was sweet, accommodating, and gave me the exact haircut and style I wanted. She did a great job of explaining what each product is used for, and demonstrated how to use everything clearly and concisely. Everybody on staff was friendly, and the building itself is historical and beautiful. This is a great institute and the students are clearly learning from the best Knoxville has to offer.
