I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Lewis this morning (May 23, 2020). I had gone to him probably as many years as he’d been in Amarillo. He was compassionate, caring and took the time to listen to his patients. He will be thoroughly missed.
I was very pleased with the video consult with Dr. Lewis. It was easy and felt very comfortable. I would be willing to have routine visits in the future be via video. Dr Lewis is a great Doctor. He has always made me confident in my health needs.
Dr. Lewis is always caring and professional. I feel he is really trying to find a solution to my problem.
Dr. Lewis and his PA are AWESOME; however, the staff at BSA Amarillo Diagnostic Clinic are the WORST! I had a scheduled appointment today at 3:00. Due to COVID-19, I had the option of doing my son's appointment via teleconference. I was told to be on the app at no later than 2:35. I waited on the app for over 2 hours. I called the office on 2 occasions during this time to see if I had contacted the app appropriately because I had been waiting for some time. Dr Lewis takes the time to talk to you and understand what’s going on. A lot of computer work but he Still looks you In The Eye and visits. Listens. And you leave with the feeling he truly cares about you and what you need to survive the MS fiasco. Love this mans approach to sharing and caring.
Dr. Lewis and his crew are the most professional crew I have ever had, no exceptions.
I have seen several neurologist since my 3rd brain surgery and every single one of them had horrible bedside manners. So as always nerves kicked in and I was hoping this would be a different experience. Thankfully this was a very painless visit and he was very thorough. I was allowed to ask questions and he answered them all. Everyone in the office were just as nice and I would recommend him to anyone who feels like they have just hit wall after wall with neurologist. Thank you Dr. Lewis and staff!!
I have always had a great experience coming to Amarillo Diagnostic Clinic from the greeting when I walk in to the check out process when leaving. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.
