I have used Ryan with Double R Inspections many times for me and my clients. Ryan takes his time and looks over everything he possibly can. He takes as much time that is needed to review everything with the buyer’s or seller’s so that they know what he looked over. He sometimes even goes out of his way to educate the buyers on how to change Furnace filters and other things that a first time Home Buyer might not know. He is very professional and I highly recommend him to everyone! I know that I will continue to use him.

This inspector was not thorough at all. He claimed everything was great and there were no problems in the house other than minor stucco cracks. After our final walk through and moving into the house for one day, we discovered that the fridge (which he specifically said worked) has a broken ice maker and the fridge portion does not stay cold.
