I recently cracked a tooth. When I called the office, I was immediately worked in and seen. The staff, from receptionist (Alecia) to Dr. Brewer and his assistant to Mary in billing ,was fabulous!! They always are!

My first visit was a very pleasant experience. It's conveniently located, very clean and has a friendly & professional staff. When I first arrived, they immediately greeted me, gave me a very small amount of new patient paperwork, an escorted me back to see the dentist within 10 minutes. The hygienist was very friendly and professional, as well as the dentist. They did their work and saw that I would need to be referred to an endodontist (root canal) within 15 minutes. I am a newbie at Double Oak Mountain and am thoroughly pleased with my visits. The customer service is outstanding each time. If anyone was to ask me to refer them to a dentist, I wouldn't hesitate to give them the double Oak Family. I truly appreciate the service you all provide.

The staff are always very nice and professional! Robin did a great job with my cleaning and I did follow her advice and get a night guard.

As ALWAYS, the staff at the office was wonderful and made my visit great. I have HUGE anxieties when it comes to going to the dentist. This office works so very well with that and encourages me all the way thru my entire visit. I have recommended several families to go and see this office and they too have come away feeling very good about their visit.

Excellent service! No wait! The hygienist was especially nice and did an excellent job ! Dr. Brewer is a cool dude! Ladies up at the front desk are very nice! Satisfied customer!
