Great pizza; great beer Definitely a small menu, but everything on it is very tastey. Especially the pizza. The beer is awesome and there is always a wide variety of their own brews - some they always have and some seasonals and specials. This place is always crowded, so plan accordingly. They have outdoor tables in the summer and lots of events like live music and parties.
I'm telling you...BEST PIZZA and BEER for Miles and miles and miles!! If you love beer and pizza, this is the place to be. In all honesty, the best pizza that I've ever had. This pizza is my personal "crack" that keeps me coming back for more and more. Highly recommended for those who like a laid back joint with no frills and again...the best pizza and beer around.
FABULOUS Beer, Low key atmosphere Depends on what you all go for, atmosphere or beer. Personally, I prefer a laid back place with a kick a** beer. These guys deliver. My husband and I were just here for our 5th anniversary and stopped in on recommendation of a few friends and the B&B/winery we stayed at. We enjoyed the Hop Lava, IRA and a thirds which my husband also enjoyed was called either Witch's Kitchen or Devil's Kitchen - they all rocked. ;) I highly recommend dropping by and sampling the tasty craft brews these guys ... read more
Very good beer - limited menu though :( Being a taproom, they only offer their brews. Which are excellent, given double mountain is the new kid on the block. The food is okay for bar food - a limited menu so I wouldn't go there for a full on dinner. But a good place to relax, get a small bite to eat and chill.
Yummy At first I was a little bummed that the menu was a bit small so my boyfriend and I got a pizza. THE BEST PIZZA EVER! My boyfriend is a HUGE pizza fan and has eaten many, but we both agreed that their pizza is one of the best pizzas we have ever had. Also I love the beer!! I like the fact that you can sample the beers before you order a glass/pint. Other places you have to order the sampler. I love the Alpenbrew and hop lava. Great beer. Nice staff and crazy good pizza. I give it a 10!
