Kick butt place for kick butt people!!!! Never feel out of place, family environment and a staff that is always willing to help out!!!! Couldn't ask for a better gym and people to sweat with!!!!!
This place is amazing Kelley and Kyle really know how to do things right. I'm down 50 lbs. In less than 6 months and I owe it all to them the staff and really our whole crossfit family. Not only did it help me lose the weight but I saw benefits in my personal life and at the office.
