After my box closed in Loveland, I had to find a new place to call home. Thankfully, one of my former UNC students recommended DD CrossFit! I’ve been attending since May 2020 and I enjoy working out with the 5:30 am crew! The coaches are extremely helpful and encouraging! I also love that I am 5 minutes from home! 😊👊🏽😊

My daughter began going to this gym in July. She has always been in athletics and has had good training however the coaching here is outstanding. She has gotten fit and her nutrition has grown immensely. The coaching has helped to develop her and I have never seen her so committed to such a healthy lifestyle. Literally love this place! Everyone who goes has so much fun and is so encouraging to one another. Even when the workouts are tough you still have the time of your life. The coaches are awesome, and help you every step of the way! Have never had so much fun while working out.
