Claude is amazing. I needed some work done on my computer and he listened to me, which is a rarity these days, and got me up and running within a day. Can't say enough good things about his operation!

I needed my laptop fixed immediately to complete a research paper for school. I came to Dot Calm at 5pm for desperate help and not only did they fix the problem, they had it done before they closed with plenty of time for me to complete my paper. The staff was friendly and the prices were affordable.

The vibe was positive as soon as I walked in the building. Claude even took time to show my toddler how to count fish. Extraordinary service! They found the problem in my CPU quickly, and fixed it even faster. I was so impressed with their service, I got them to throw in an upgrade too.
