The service at Dot Calm was exceptional from the first point of contact until I picked my device up. Leslie was a great help and a joy to speak with. My laptop was repaired and ready for pickup within days. The staff kept me abreast at every turn and the rate was extremely affordable. I highly recommend this company and I have them on speed dial for any future services I may need.

I'm sorry to have taken so long to comment on your services. The services I recieved from Claude and his staff were far and above just good; they were excellent. I didn't get the laptop when promised nor was it quite ready when I arrived; however, Claude made up for that; when I arrived Claude was in a meeting, he came out of that meeting and met with me, finished the cleaning and summarized what he had found.
