Dot Calm was recommended and did not disappoint in service. We are a small nonprofit and I appreciated the polite and knowledgeable responses to our initial questions. I should have written this review some time ago. Dot Calm repaired my flash drive several weeks ago, and I brought my neighbors mini iPad to be repaired this week. Everything was delivered as promised. The office is actually as calm as the name represents, and the staff is eager to help and very efficient. I am going to recommend Dot Calm to all my friends in business, and to private individuals as well.

I would like to say I am one of the earlier test subjects with Dot Calm and a satisfied customer. Dot calm worked on many of my devices and I have been thoroughly pleased each and every time.
