Had a very pleasant experience at Doss Audiology today . I was seen by Melissa Neve ..I felt totally comfortable and everything was explained to me .. I highly recommend this clinic .
Received my HA’s in March had a couple hiccups and Dr Doss did everything to help my situation. Dr Neve and Ms Rebecca also we’re great advocates along with Starkey. I have the best Ha’s that I can possibly have and they work great can’t believe these are so awesome that you can’t even tell you have HA’s on. They have a comfort level a mask level which helps with crisp hearing thank you thank you I’m so blessed to have the best HA’s love your office and so glad Dr Coppin had me go.

During my six month check up I had the opportunity to meet Melissa Neve, B.S. She conducted my check up and talked to me about some new products as well as cleaned and dried my hearing aids. The best service ever! I have 4 boys that received hearing exams (the oldest is 3). The staff and Doctors were AMAZING!!! They worked hard to help keep all them happy from bubbles and playing blocks to helping me change diapers while I was in the sound booth with my 1 year old! Dr. DOss has been beyond exceptional on helping me get ENT referrals and communicating with our pediatrician. Thanks a million Doss Audiology for your help in getting my kids what they need. This is one raving fan!
The way Dr. Doss handled my 20 month old was amazing. Her hearing test went smoothly and she loved her doctor. Very sweet and informative!
