Office manager does not call you back or anything after telling you that they would, good luck getting records from this place because they call center out the whole entire thing!! More professionalism is needed here, you need to say you’re a provider to get thru to the office. Terrible

This practice dismisses any patient that doesn’t follow their current vaccine schedule. They are a “vaccinated only” clinic, and that’s the wording they use on their dismissal letter. You may or may not know, insurance companies offer a significant bonus for providers that meet a certain percentage (somewhere between 60-70%) of fully vaccinated patients.
