Terrible!! I’ve been here before and have loved the results of my hair until this Tuesday. I had long and damaged hair and decided to get a haircut to fix it. I showed the lady my picture and was excited for the cut. I specifically said to not add more hair to my bangs because they were fine but she continued to cut them and made them very uneven and short. She also cut my hair much shorter than I wanted to.
