Extremely upsetting experience with Anna. I was refused a breath test for having a single sip of water beforehand. While I understand the policy, Anna was rude, loud, and spoke at me rather than to me, which was very distressing. Confusingly, she had me drink water throughout the breath test process, so I don’t understand why it was initially denied. the lady with the red hair and nails was extremely homophobic towards my girlfriend and i. she was just hugging me and the lady made nasty comments. do not go here and i will never be coming here again
