I’d give five stars for Anna and zero for the weekend staff and the inability to reach headquarters. On hold waiting for someone to answer for over an hour before I gave up. No modern technology indicating where you are in the queue or any call back option. Likely deliberate that they want you to give up on the accounts line. I was trying to query a charge that wasn’t disclosed prior to the test and my GP confirmed I shouldn’t have received as she had written the request to account for the MBS changes.
