Sal is an absolute legend. I went in and got my blood test done within 5 minutes. I am terrfied of needles and she was professional, friendly, understanding and just made the whole process go quickly and smoothly. Thank you Sal ♡
Whilst the pathology service was helpful, and medical receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, it would've been great if they could've accepted the referral over the phone screen or emailed it through. Unfortunately, they don't have internet access, (pathology office don't have Access to email? ) so a printed copy was needed. Also worth noting they don't bulk bill .
Good knowledgeable nurse attending, who was caring and supportive. Allow time to find exact location on Merchant Str. as the address, 850 Collins Str. is a large building.
