Apartments are nice. Management totally ineffective, lived here over a year. Problem after problem- no security at all. Apartments are expensive but the residents do not respect the area, don't throw away trash , let animals poop and pee on sidewalk, and much more. Management pretty much ignores all complaints. Ready for my lease to be up.
I been living at Doral View for the last two years, and I just renewed for the next year. I won't lie is a little expensive but is really worth it. It's a very peaceful place to live, and with nice neighbors. The association is very well kept, everything is clean and organize. The amenities are amazing!!! And is the first time I see nice people working at the office, from the people who do the maintenance in the apartments to the group in the main office. I really recommend this place!!
Great Staff, Great Customer Service, Always resolves my things quickly to make me happy, Great job Doral View Ladies This is the place to live!!!
Just like living in a resort, very nice with all the amenities one would desire. Great helpful staff as well.
The only nice person in the office is Marcell. The rest are so unprofessional. They don't listen to you nor do they care about your concerns.
