Doral View is a very clean community. The neighbors are friendly and maintenance is great with a quick response time. The only thing missing is the gate to be fixed.
I want to inform others to be weary of the application process here at Doral View and share my unpleasant experience. I had applied with my roommates after being informed in the office by staff that we had sufficient documentation to be residents; however, upon submitting the $125 per person (3 of us) application fee and $350 administration fee we received an alarming phone call (a voicemail from an unknown number) that said we did not have appropriate documents. Doral View is a beautiful apartment. The amenities are great! The gym is nice and big. The pool is a great zen place. The apartments are perfectly sized. I lived in a 3 bedroom and it is very comfy.The parking situation can be a bit better. But all and all I love it here!
I've been living in Doral view for a little over a year and I've never really encountered a problem. The staff is nice and productive. The only problem I've been unfortunate to encounter is that non-residents feel entitled to come into our community whenever they please. Parking where they shouldn't and blocking the entrance of the community so the residents have to open for them even if they don't live here. Espectacular el sitio, no podemos dejar que se dañe, TODOS estamos en la obligación de cuidarlo, por ejemplo el mensaje que se envió sobre las basuras debe ser pegado y en letras grandes en el sitio de recolección de basuras y sancionar fuertemente al apartamento que no colabore con esto....DORAL VIEW ES DE TODOS
