Called to see if they made a particular key and if they had a location.. person who answered the phone sounded as if my call didn't matter.. was not pleasant at all.. I base a lot of my experiences on customer service because that's what I've done for over 20 years.. I hope she had her coffee or whatever she needed to change her tone.
