I ordered 3 garage doors 6 weeks ago, and never received the doors. I had to request my deposit back. I hope they send me my deposit. In my opinion the customer care or service is extremely lacking. I see some recommended their repair, but my dealing with ordering new garage doors from Doormart has been a nightmare!
Door Mart installed a new garage door opener for me and did a sloppy job. They left a mess behind and left the sensors unaligned. When called back out to realign them I was told there would be a service charge (even though it wasn't installed properly) to which I agreed to and then stood me up. The garage door opener itself works fine but overall it was a lazy job.
Very quick service, came out within a days notice. Repaired a broken spring on my door in a short amount of time. Had an issue with pricing on the phone vs what was charged after the service but it was quickly resolved after reaching out to them.

Only complaint--they mentioned it was a flat $285 when I called for the quote; I asked to make sure that tax was included and the guy who picked up the phone said it was $285, tax included. When the technician arrived to do the work, he charged me $285 + tax for a total of $309. I felt they were not upfront and honest with their pricing so 3 stars.
