Called Door Mart after a lightning strike fried our garage door opener, and they were out within an hour. Joe had a new opener installed within two hours of my first call. Outstanding communication start to finish, top-quality work, and genuinely great service. He explained exactly what happened, didn’t try to upsell me, and had us back up and running fast. Hard to find this kind of responsiveness and honesty. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Door Mart Services for over 10 years. Their prices are fair, their work is reliable, and Joe runs the business with an unusually high level of integrity. Highly recommend.

Door Mart Services came out on short notice and arrived within 45 minutes of contacting them. The repair was quick and efficient, and they explained everything clearly along the way. They were in and out with no hassle. I would definitely recommend their services!

I ordered 3 garage doors 6 weeks ago, and never received the doors. I had to request my deposit back. I hope they send me my deposit. In my opinion the customer care or service is extremely lacking. I see some recommended their repair, but my dealing with ordering new garage doors from Doormart has been a nightmare!
