Love this guy. He is fair/honest and knows everything about bugs and any other little critter you wanna get rid of. Prices are super fair and competitive. If I ever need pest removal I will be calling him.
Knew immediately what type of ants I had and began treating to kill them. He responded very promptly when I requested help.
He called almost as soon as I asked for help. Very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend him.
Don't Bug Me showed up at my door within an hour of my frantic phone call. Thanksgiving-Eve, other companies told me they could not come out until middle of next week. But DBM showed up, surveyed my property and went right to work filling outside gaps where mice were entering. Inspected the entire interior then strategically placed bate to eradicate the mice problem. Within 2 hours my anxiety level was down and started preparing my holiday desserts. I am thankful for Don't Bug Me for saving our Thanksgiving.

I paid $123.00 for d-con pellets and plugging a hole. I had to provide my shop vac for clean up. Kevin came in a private car with a business card to identify himself. It was an amateur job that someone else could do for less. D-con pellets are $6.00 at Home Depot! Overpaid and would not recommend.

I do not use dcon products, esp. pellets as they are not available anymore. The debri that I vacuumed was mouse droppings and insulation that was there prior to me servicing the house. I use an unmarked vehicle so neighbors do not know that a pest control company is there. I sealed the outside where I believe mice were entering. I 'm sorry you were not satisfied.
