Wasps and Mice: We initially hired DBM for wasps. The owner responded the next day. He came at the time he indicated, found the relevant location, treated it promptly, and now, almost a week later we have seen no more wasps. He is helping us with a mouse problem as well. He found possible entry points and filled those in with steel wool except the garage down weather seal which he advised we replace (we did). He stocked bait traps in the garage and outside the house. Ken examined the situation. He then explained what was going on and told me they were hornets. He treated the nest and gave me a couple pointers on attacking this problem in the future. Within a couple hours, the hornet activity had ceased. It has been a day and I am completely satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Mice were the last straw in this stay at home time. Ken was great on the phone, came on time, and the fee was reasonable. Ken even humored me and took the juvenile mouse, that had trapped itself into a tall waste basket right before his appointment, across the street so it wouldn't wander back into the house.

Ken always comes back right away and re-does pest control, when we notice1st application didn't totally clear up pests.

Ken was very accommodating. Was able arrive earlier than originally stated He was through checking outside possible entry points under siding and walked the attic. I would definitely recommend him for mice control.

Prompt immediate service- same day within hours. Explained the process well and upfront with his estimate, which was highly reasonable. And yes, stubborn yellow jackets did not leave us on the first try. He came back and finally found the nest and the queen. Gone now. He stood by his warranty and guarantee. Impressed. Totally would use again.
