Through the Home Advisor system I sent a text message at 5:30 a.m. and Ken responded immediately!! We have 3 or 4 wasp nests starting (including one located on one of my security cameras - they were almost covering the lens). He came that morning and took care of our problem. If they are not completely gone, he will come back again. It was great to get that problem taken care of immediately before it became a huge issue. He is a fair man and I highly recommend him.
I have very good impression with Ken and his work. He is knowledgeable on this profession and explains things to me well. I?ll also hire him for seasonal treatments.
good work but they did not clean up
Had a major ant problem, mostly outside my home. The person I hired came out put down some ant bait, said he'd be back in three weeks to check on the ants. There weren't as many ants for about a week. After that it was back to the amount we originally had. No one ever came back to check on the application and progress. Most definitely a waste of money.

Did a follow up 2 weeks later and saw no activity. I never received a call about any issues. After reading the review I offered to come back at no charge but she refused.
My husband and I were very happy with Ken. He explained everything and providing some great tips.
I thought I read that the work was guaranteed until the first frost but we were told when he came that the work was guaranteed for 30days. After Ken did his thing we stood and watched the holes we originally saw the bees enter and we saw bees go to the hole but turn right back around and leave so we know it worked!
Knowledgeable and was able to do work right away.
Ken called us right back, and gave us a very reasonable price. He came out quickly, did a thorough investigation, then went to work to rid us of the mice infestation. He was friendly, courteous and explained our situation well. He also gave us helpful tips to further control any future infestation. No mice now! He's great.
