My refrigerator / freezer went out. I shopped on line & every big chainstore - all quote 1-2 weeks before they could deliver a new one. I called Don’s - they offered 1 day delivery. I went in - VERY friendly & helpful staff! With Chris’ help, I purchased a new fridge for same lowest price anywhere else in less than 30mins! AND they delivered & installed in my home in just a few hours!!! I am THRILLED with Don’s! They will get my tv & appliance business from now on!

Just have to post about my wonderful experience with Robert Moses at Don’s Tv and Appliances here in Tyler. Early this week I bought a dryer there because mine was out and I did not think it could be repaired. After trying the new dryer and it not working, I realized I had an electrical problem not a dryer problem. Don’s TV and Appliances took the dryer back for a full refund without a bit of trouble. They will have all my business in the future.

Huge thank you to Don's TV & Appliance. I got home last night to find my refrigerator compressor dead. Fan blowing hot air, all food ruined. Went to Don's first thing on Saturday and not only did they sell me a new refrig at a reasonable price, the cooled it down before delivery so I can restock the unit quicker, delivered it by mid afternoon and took my dead on. Excellent customer service. It pays to buy local.
