As i told your husband last week , bring it to us and we will take care of it. We are booked until Monday but would gladly work it in due to your circumstances. A&E is the authorized factory service for most of the US and due to the fact that you moved outside our normal service area they are the only authorized option where you live. Last week I personally checked my self to see if anyone in the Kemp area was authorized and A&E is the only one for your area which is sometimes the case for more rural areas. Always have been happy with the great service from Don's !
I don't usually do this (review's). We purchased a Kitchen Aid fridge approx a year ago for our New Retirement Home. A top of the line latest model at the time. We have had nothing but problems with it. Don't get me wrong, Don's is attempting to service it but after 5 service calls you would think a replacement might be in order. NOPE! Just more service calls. If we would have bought a car I think the Lemmon Law would have kicked in. "The Get More Store", well we have got more, HEAD ACHES.
