This company was hired to repair my air conditioning system and refrigerator. After the repair was done within two days the ac system and refrigerator both stopped cooling and was not operating properly. I have left several messages and tried to contact Mark. He has promised to come out and repair the problems, but instead he has blocked my calls, making excuses and he has been paid. This is not good business practice. I am still without my air conditioning and refrigerator. I am disabled and sick. He is scamming and fraudin... read more

6:30 and Mark just left... this is actually the third time he has helped me out... All I can say is that if everyone in the SERVICE INDUSTRY was as on time as he is, explained everything that he was doing and showed you everything that he was doing like Mark does, we would all be happy to "leave the job to the professionals" instead of trying to do it ourselves to save a few dollars...
