First time for real dental repair. Everyone very attentive to my needs and made sure the procedure was as painless and stress free as possible.
They are so sweet & treat you very nice. They explain things so you know exactly what to expect which is important so you can relax before it happens. Good staff, nice offices & clean! Love it!!
Fran, Dr. Yock's hygienist, is very professional and thorough. She has been cleaning my teeth for sometime now. I highly recommend Fran and Dr. Yock's office for any dental need.
As a new patient I felt well taken care of and my stress level was lowered by the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Even tho I arrived 1/2 hour late due to terrible commute traffic, the staff greeted me me with friendly smiles, did not rush me through my visit, took the time to explain the procedures that were to be done, made sure I was comfortable, (including a pillow for my neck!!! Thank you!). The visits have been stress free.
Dr. Yock was very professional and focused in on the dental problem I came to see her about immediately. Her assistant was careful and kind, and her office assistant/mgr. was very helpful and answered my questions patiently. Thank you!
It's a super friendly patient/staff atsmosphere office. The staff is very efficient and if you hate going to the dentist, this place will change your mind!
I have always had excellent dental care at Dr. Yock's. Everyone is friendly and very professional. Fran does a great job cleaning my teeth too!
