Love Dr Yock, Jenny & Fran! Excellent, personable service. I have sensitive teeth & Fran is patient & accommodating. She makes a not so pleasant experience become somewhat enjoyable!
I have been going to Dr Yock for a few decades now. She and her staff are first rate and have a first rate office.
I feel I can trust Dr Yock to take care of my problem and I felt comfortable with her and her staff.
With only one visit, I do not feel that I have had sufficient contact with the dentist or the staff to offer a review at this time.

What I like about Dr. Yock is her ability to make me feel welcome and she always gives me her full attention as I explain whatever problem I am having. For example, during the last visit, I had to convey to her what I was experiencing in a particular tooth. She listened and then suggested what the problem might be.I always feel confident that she will solve whatever problem I am having. I always feel I am in good hands.
I have been a patient of Dr. Yock's staff for eight years, and I have never been disappointed with the treatment I receive there. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Whenever I am asked to recommend a dentist, I enthusiastically refer friends to my dental clinic.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I was told that the two crowns I was anticipating could be replaced by bonding the teeth which saved money and the need for a return visit for that procedure.
Dr. Yock, you and your staff, as always, make what can be an unpleasant situation, very pleasant. Everyone explains procedures in a way that is understood, and everyone is very reassuring. I never look forward to having dental problems, but with you and your staff on my team, I know I'm in very good hands. Thank you all.
