Dr. Yock & her staff were very quick & professional in getting me help with a recent toothache. They worked very hard to schedule appointments for me to correct my dental problems. My wife thinks highly enough of Dr. Yock to recommend her to her Daughter who recently moved to this area.
As always, staff is pleasant and efficient. Everything is ready to go when I arrive (unless I'm early which is understandable; this is a busy office). Enjoy chatting with Dr. Yock about our families and how everyone is. Low key, stressless, pleasant, professional, great work! Can't ask for more.
Overall, my experience was great. Parking was easy. Friendly and professional staff. Personalized care with state of the art equipment. Jenny, the receptionist was super nice. My dental hygienist, Fran was wonderful. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Best dental care I've received. Highly recommended.
Great service no waiting
This visit was for a 'scaling'... Almost like going to a spa! Very relaxing and pleasant experience - contra-indicative with regard to a visit to the dentist!
After looking at some x-rays of my teeth, Dr. Yock identified the problem and quickly proposed a treatment plan. Her staff contacted a nearby oral surgeon who will explain my options.
Very comfortable throughout the treatment.
Even though I get really nervous about going to the dentist, I truly enjoy your team and the care/service that they provide. Good job!!!!!!!
As always, Dr. Yock and her assistants were capable, kind, and patient. Dr. Yock always explains what needs to be done and why and involves me in the choices of treatment.
