My experience was a pleasant one. With not being to the dentist in sometime, she didn't make feel bad about it. She just expained what work needed done and we would go from here. Her staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained the billing, so there wouldn't be any "suprises." I was very happy with my experience and would recommend her.
EXCELLENT SERVICE , NEAT AND CLEAN ATMOSPHERE
As always, my trip from Napa to Dr. Yocks's office was well worth it. I find the friendliness and efficiency far beyond what I had experienced in other dentists' visits. I highly recommend Dr. Yock.

I just had my annual check-up with Dr. Yock. As usual, she was friendly and extremely competent. One of things I really like about her is the way she communicates what she is doing and what it means.
The staff were very professional, did a great job, scheduled my next appointment as quickly as they had a opening for. ( one week out)

Excellent service. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have a very high resistance to local anesthesia. Dr. Yock was sensitive to my situation and treated the area accordingly. I definitely recommend this practice.
As always Dr Yock and her staff focused their expertise on my dental needs and gave me excellent care. I would not consider going anywhere else.
