We have been taking our children to see Dr Krepak since our oldest was in 2nd grade ( he'll be 18 yrs old this year). The staff is extremely nice and always makes time for an appointment. The doctor herself is always on top of what is current in the medical field. Our children feel very comfortable with at this office.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

. Their bedside manner was atrocious. They shouldn't be dealing with kids. Has this doctor always been this way ? I was shock beyond , it was like i just brought my car to get fixed. Robotic is the best word i can use to describe this experience. I wish i had done my research : (

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.

The waiting room was clean and comfortable.The staff and Dr. Krepak are considerate and concerned for my childs well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Dr. Krepak is wonderful. Highly recommended...

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
