Busted my butt to make my 1:00 appointment at the service dept to find out Donley Ford of Galion has no loaner cars, no courtesy transportation, After waiting for 40 minutes it became clear they had no intention of looking at my car in a timely manner either. Thanks Scott Donley for the 7 mile walk back to my house in Crestline, I guess I needed the exercise.

Yesterday my wife and I went to Donley Ford in Galion and bought a new escape and love it the finance department was fast and easy the salesman was not pushy and had answers for all of our questions wonderful experience

I bought my 2007 Ford Edge in December 2015. I absolutely love it! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I completely trust the folks at Donley Ford of Galion. I will definitely return for my next vehicle.
We just got a Buick Lucerne and it was on sale as is but my parents were not told that the car was not even looked at yet by Donley. I understand that the car was sold as is but YOU TELL PEOPLE WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT AND IF YOU HAVEN'T HAD TIME TO LOOK THEN YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT!!!! Don't trust them, they are dishonest and I honestly can't wait for Karma to set in. Don't trust Donley in Galion, Ohio save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!
