My 2016 Ford Transit, that I haven't even had for a year, less than 15,000 miles, is broken down and these folks cannot help me. Sorry sir we don't even have any loaner vehicles. Sorry we cannot get you in until the end of the week. Well sorry I'm out a vehicle and have to take it somewhere else. Completely unacceptable and I will never be back.
