Dr. Roll is friendly, listens, offers alternatives and does not pressure in any way at all. He is straight forward and does not beat around the bush.
Dr Rohl did an orthopedic, neuro assessment and clearly discussed treatment options.
He is warm, friendly, talks with you and not at you and explains as be goes along. He maps out his plan of care, asks if you understand and if you have any questions. He is the gold standard to measure up to!!!
Didn't wait long in reception, waiting, or exam room. Scans were over 12 M old, so x-rays done before Dr. Rohl saw me. He thoroughly checked spine & joints. He listened, & I never felt rushed. He then led me to asst's desk to schedule appts. I agreed with his assessment & treatment plan. New Albany is quite far for me, but was able to get other appts at closer location. I'm sure will all work out. Initial bedside was a bit 'stiff', but relaxed quickly thereafter with humor, etc. All-in-all was pleasant offiçe visit.
Dr. Rohl explains conditions to me as well or better than any doctor I have met. I have total trust and confidence in him. I am never left with the feeling 'what happens next'?
Communicated very well about the condition and options for treatment His “(Bedside Manner)” is excellent. And I was quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise.
Disappointed. Traveled from NC to have check up after 3 spine surgeries & feeling poorly with new pain. Dr. Sybert retired & said no worries, great team left to treat, if necessary. Degrading remarks from Dr. Roul & his staff about previous surgeon, degraded pain mgmt., degraded spinal stimulator. Would not do xray of lumbar (previous surgical area), did not get authorization on further diagnostics before traveling home, would not do telehealth. Said to do PT.Left with no direction, information, no expectations, etc.His fina... read more
Dr. Rohl is so gifted as a surgeon, and went above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate the fact that he rearranged his schedule so that my surgery was not delayed more than a week due to an insurance issue. My smile is no longer interrupted by pain. Dr. Rohl is awesome in every way...'ROCK & ROHL'
Dr. Rohl was a breath of fresh air. He explained my condition and let me know what steps ro take to avoid surgery. He treated me like a human being and made me feel that actually cared. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an honest opinion and wants to be treated like a friend.
