Dr. Beck's office worked well with me to get my foot problems taken care of. He was available when I had follow-up questions and when I needed further care, an appointment was quickly available.
I was very disappointed with this provider and will not go back. I was hurried because he had other appointments, and he never asked questions, talking only to my family member who was with me.
Extremely accommodating; Dr. Beck came in before office hours to see me. He even answered the phone after they were closed (I had planned to leave a voicemail.) The doctor and his staff are very professional, knowledgable, caring, and friendly. As I went through changes in jobs, going from having insurance to being uninsured, the costs were very reasonable in both situations. I go back once or twice a year, and I highly recommend him.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
