He did my surgery using the Davinci procedure years ago and i had an exceptional recovery time. Was out walking the neighborhood next day, pain free. I would highly recommend him. He's a fantastic surgeon.
I highly recommend Dr Chamberlain as a compassionate doctor, his bedside manner put me at ease before going into surgery. I am healing well and thankful for finding such a great doctor!
I would never recommend him for a turtle let alone a human. I went in for a hysterectomy. I was only 28. I was in recovery and they were going to send me home when we realized my urine looked like cherry coke. He said that was normal. I am also diabetic. Well I went home and 2 days later my lungs and kidneys shut down and I was in a coma for 2 weeks. He glued me shut and I became septic. I almost lost my life. I was cut from hip to hip. No drains. Totally glued shut. No antibiotics. so NO!
He answered everything I asked. He preformed my procure fast. And he was really easy to get an appointment with. Wasn't sitting in the pre op for ever he was on time
I like him very much and would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a gyneocology oncologist. He speaks very clearly and concisely and takes time to answer all your questions. He seems concerned and kind and willing to seek the best solution for you. He took my case before a tumor board, thus I had many opinions as to how to treat my uterine cancer. I was scared, but after meeting him, I felt much better. I have to travel from out of town to see him, but it is worth it.
Hysterectomy happy. Wanted to do a hysterectomy because he said I had endometriosis, which I have never had any sign of. Went and got a second opinion and I do not even need surgery. They also wanted a down pmt for the surgery before we left the office.
Hysterectomy gone wrong. Supposed to be laproscopic. I awoke in the unit with an art line, central line, Foley and cut from hip to hip on top of the lap stabs. Required 4 units of blood, plasma and platelets due to him cutting accidentally my vena cava. He called me by another persons name in pre op prior to surgery. I found someone else for my follow up care. Office staff had not sent script with me on initial visit and he made me out to be a liar and spent an extra night in the unit.
Dr.Chamberlain saved my life. He is an amazing doctor! I had a very rare cancer in my plasenta and he explained to me what had to be done...and before I went into surgery he and his team came into pre op before they put me to sleep and gathered around me and prayed with me that just goes to show you the kind of person he is! He did not hesitate to do whatever would make me comfortable! Thank you Dr.Chamberlain everything you did for me and thank you for saving my life!
