Dr. Garrow is truly a blessing. Suffered for years with my issues, seen plenty of gastroenterologists with no luck. He was the only doctor capable of diagnosing and treating me correctly. The staff is sweet, compassionate and professional. Would recommend him to anyone who is having GI trouble!
I am a new patient of Dr. Garrow’s and I am so thankful to have established with such a caring and knowledgeable Gastroenterologist. From the time his sweet Medical Assistant brought me into my room to the time I left, I felt so at home. He and his staff are so compassionate and attentive to my care. Very thankful to have him as my physician.
I have been having trouble for years with my stomach,didn’t really get relief from other drs. Dr Garrow did a scope found I have Chronic Pancreatitis. I finally had an answer, they put me on Creon been taking a few days and I. Feel an improvement. Iam so happy to finally be able to eat better, even though iam on a low residue diet! Thank you dr. Garrow and his staff who are excellent!
I moved back recently to FL and spent a lot of time looking for a good G.I. I can honestly say that I found one in Dr Garrow. His staff were extremely proffesional, polite and very helpful. Dr Garrow took the time to really listen and was very empathetic to my health issues. I highly recommend Dr Garrow and all the staff at his practice.

Dr. Garrow's the first Dr. to actually find a reason for my stomach problems after several just wrote it off as IBS. Been going on for years and now is finally going to get better. Don't walk, run to see him if you have a problem. He's young enough to have studied advanced medicine over what some other doctors have that don't keep up with continuing education. Plus he's got the best sense of humor and is a hoot to talk to. You'll not only enjoy your visit, but you'll get the help you need
Dr. Garrow has done my colonoscopy as well as my husbands. He takes time with you and answers your questions. He is kind and cares about his patients. You might have to wait a little from time to time, but he is worth the wait. Office staff very nice as well.
There is non other like Dr. Garrow! He is by far the most educated, smart, likable Doctor I have had the opportunity to have care for me. I like him so much that I will drive from Englewood to Punta Gorda to see him. That is saying a lot, since I am a Senior, but as long as I am able to drive I will go wherever he is to continue having his care. Dr. Garrow's manner, medical instincts and lovable sense of humor are great assets. #1 Gastro in So. Florida, bar none!!!
Dr. Garrow is an amazing G.I., I have been to many different specialists and to this day he was the best specialist that any person could experience meeting. Eight years ago when I was diagnosed with UC he was working out of an Orange City office. He was the only doctor who cared, who was open to new medications with proven results to help me with my condition that were not considered "traditional." Now being in remission and no med's needed, he is an absolute must see that I cant be forgotten
