got sick of looking at one negative review from 2009. I bought a new beetle 2013 last year and have had nothing but great service. My car is having a small issue right now and they are bending over backwards to resolve it. Have a new loaner at my disposal. they have been professional, friendly and timely in every dealing. Don't judge them by the old owners
Very Bad Customer Service – I have called for service and parts and they never answer the phone. I have left multiple messages and they don't call you back. I have to talk to a audimated answering machine and never even get to talk to a person. I will drive to OKC before I use them again.
