James Knuth from Don Ringler knocked it out the park on my purchase. I explained I was calling from 7hrs away in Louisiana and wanted to deal on a 3500HD LTZ on his lot. I brought my truck in to be serviced and things didn't go as planned. I bring the truck in Tuesday for a simple state inspection and on Thursday it's not done after I was called and told the truck was taken care of. And when I so up the service associate has me sit in the lobby to cover things up instead of just letting me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time.
