Can't give less than one star wish I could. Poor customer service in the repair department. My daughter made an appointment by phone with me there. Since they didn't write it down she didn't actually call. She has a warranty but was told that it will cost her over $300 to have them look at it. And that they don't have a loaner car for her to use after telling her yesterday that they do have one for her. This car has been an issue since she got it. Our salesperson, Gracie Thompson, dropped the ball on so many things it's pathetic!!! We were told to bring our car back the day after we signed the papers to have it detailed and filled up with gas. The car was at 3/4 tank and then the detail never got done even though we sat at the dealership for 3+ hours. And we were told that somehow it just got overlooked.
