Well it's rough when the love of your life (just kidding honey) gets hauled off on a tow truck and on its way to the dealership. I was very impressed when the guys at Don Ringler jumped all over installing a new battery on Saturday. That's why I sent my truck to them again, because of their great service. So it's on the way over there with transmission issues and I already got a call saying they will have me a loaner ready to go on Wednesday. So far I'm impressed. Let's just see how this transmission thing go's. Thanks guys.

The worst service department ever....can't even diagnosis a bent axel from an accident that they did collision repairs on....who can't see a bent axel when vehicle is on a lift and they also replaced the muffler....wow...steer clear

Went to get my Toyota serviced next door and on my exit took a casual drive through the Chevrolet truck section not seriously looking at a new truck yet, just curious, big mistake talking to the sales rep, made it clear I was just looking, nothing serious, to date since last Thursday I have received no less than 5 calls from the sales rep and sales department, give me break, give it up, I'm not interested!

*****UPDATE***** I will NEVER take my vehicle to your dealership again!!!!! After having my care for over a month I finally got the call saying my Acadia was ready, so tonight around 550 pm I picked my car up paid over $1300. Before I even pulled my car out of your parking lot it was making a HORRIBLE noise luckily I was able to catch Eddie before he left and showed him what was going on. Sales was great got a good deal! In less than 3 years paint started to peel of the top of the truck! They would not cover this under warranty even though the douche admitted it was a factory defect. This was a brand new truck when purchased. This place will sell you a product but will not stand behind it!
