Terrible service! I was harassed by the patrons waiting as well! If your skin is brown, you don't belong there!

The people at Don Miller are still friendly and helpful. We have purchased vehicles and do all service there. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!
Friendly and good service, clean waiting area with baskets of free snacks and beverages! David said it would be 2 hours and it was just under that.
Over a year ago, I took my car in for a straightforward service matter. They tried to get me to agree to a lot of other services without telling me the cost upfront (or even that it cost anything). Once I got them to perform the service I came for in the first place, my car waited for over an hour AFTER THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED as I waited twenty feet away from it. Had a wonderful experience at Don Miller jeep last Saturday!!!! Phil did a great job with making our experience great and giving us all the information that we up purchasing that day. After we purchased our jeep with Phil ,We told him we had a bad experience at Don Miller Subaru last weekend. And told him how they did not want to go above and beyond for customer service!!! Dad Miller jeep Avis $2000 more for a trade-in and made our trade/new car purchase very easy! Thank you guys we are already enjoyed our new Jeep!
