At this point I'm VERY unhappy with the service department of this dealership. Every time I go into the dealership with a problem they act as if its my fault. When I had problems with my steering - it was my fault, it was my imagination.....Friday I had battery problems so the earliest I could get it in was Saturday....there was no technician on to do a test to see what my be causing my battery to die....they said it just needed to be charged, to drive it around and it would charge it up...well today its dead again. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! Drove over 150 miles for my Altima. The salesman, Joe Hammond, was awesome!!
I've bought two trucks from them and been very satisfied with them on that part with no complaints. But I called there to price my first oil change on my truck that I bought from them and after several minutes on hold was told that the oil change manager said it would be $69.95 so I drove over from Corbin. After getting there this morning and waiting on them to do it the gentleman came out to let me know it would be $152.00 dollars for the oil change. From the moment we stepped on the lot, they went above and beyond to help us! They didn't have the color and make on lot that I wanted, so they found me one and had it delivered the next day. Great service and very friendly. Our salesman was Brian, and he was beyond wonderful! Go check them out to get your next vehicle!
