Was disappointed in how long it took to service truck. My insurance covered 30 days of rental. We ended up paying 400.00 in rental fees. The truck took 42 days to fix. The girl at customer service was rude and unhelpful. I don't see how you can have people like that working for you. Very stressful and bad experience for me. Was going to buy another car but not after this situation. I will take my business elsewhere. More work needs to be done....part has been ordered already after paying 103.00 deductible for warranty parts.... read more
I won't buy another vehicle from Don Johnson. They promised you everything but you don't get anything. I bought a 2014 Challenger and I've been having problems since day one.

Unauthorized oil change they took my week old synthetic and put stock in it.service manager would not work with me and now they have lost a long time customer for a stinking $30, go to Bert Ogden the other option in Cameron County.
