Scott as usual great service! Stopped by Bert Ogden Ram yesterday about a recall and was told to come back. Then they also said they had to take pictures and send to Ram. Take a couple of days. Next day I went to Don Johnson and as usual Scott knew what it took to do and had me out in a couple of hours. Scott is one of the best service managers around! Thanks Scott.
I’m not saying this place is trash but if you’re looking for bad customer service, rude managers, and a service department that’s run by a lunatic, this is the place to go.

Very bad service Scott has no customer service skills at all! Don’t recommend to fix your car here go somewhere else and buy somewhere else not worth it here! I’d give negative stars if it was on option
