Service department is clueless. car has been in and out of the shop since Feb and it's still not right. last time in they blamed the battery but couldn't verify it was the issue just a guess. replaced the battery myself and issues are still there...

I wrote an awesome sincere review two weeks ago on Don Hattan El dorado. I was left to believe service I received from them was honest and one of a kind I thought. I now feel betrayed and I wonder how many customer have gone through the same problem did not notice and fail to acknowledge. I will not disclose names to offend anyone or anybody.
